Position Summary

The Resident Experience & Marketing Coordinator will provide salon services for residents at both New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living while leading our social media presence, online reputation management, website content, and community engagement efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values meaningful relationships, and wants to combine their cosmetology skills with creativity and marketing.

Responsibilities

Resident Beauty Services

· Provide professional haircuts, styling, shampoo/set services, and grooming services for residents

· Maintain salon schedules at both New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living

· Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming salon experience

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment

· Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Marketing & Community Engagement
