Cosmetologist and Nail Technician

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, and extensions based on client needs. Perform nail services including manicures, gel manicures, builder gel, Gel-X, and poly gel applications (no acrylic). Build and maintain a loyal clientele through consistent, high-quality service and professionalism. Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services and products. Promote your services and actively grow your personal book of business. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times. Stay current with trends, techniques, and industry standards in hair and nail services. Recommend and sell retail products to support client results and increase revenue.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or nail technician license (as required). Strong skills in hair services and/or structured gel nail systems (builder gel, Gel-X, poly gel). Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and retain clientele. Confidence in upselling services and retail products. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
