Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Offer retail sales consultations by recommending skincare products and beauty tools tailored to each client’s skin type and preferences.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends through ongoing education and training opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and creating a relaxing atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, or laser therapy is highly preferred.
