Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, cutting, coloring, hair treatments, facial waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Utilize feather razors, and scissors/ thinning shears for precise haircuts and styling techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various beauty products.
• Assist in sales by recommending products that meet client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations as well as state board regulations.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Collaborate with salon owner to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ongoing education and training will be provided

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. 2+ years working in a salon required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commission based pay
