• Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, hair extentions ,threading, waxing to enhance client beauty routines.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Offer expert consultations on color theory and hair care products to recommend personalized solutions that meet client needs.
• Upsell retail products such to boost sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
• Support store management by contributing to daily operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.
• Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application is a plus but not required.
• Willing to use in salon software systems such as GLOSSGENIUS for scheduling and retail management.
