• Your clients stay yours. Anyone you bring in, and anyone you build here, is yours to take with you if you go.
• Commission that grows with you. Your commission will be determined by pay period. There won’t be confusing requirements, or wait periods, or impossible to reach standards. The more money you make the higher your commission rate will be.
• A collaborative culture. Skill sharing is key. I’d love to teach you what I know and I’d love to learn from you. And if you think there’s a better way of doing things around the salon, I want to hear it. Your voice matters.
• Clean, professional product lines. I proudly carry Innersense Organics and Davines color. I also custom create botanical facials using only organic oils, clays, and herbs.
• A space designed with intention.Bloomsbury blends botanical, apothecary, and literary influences to create a calm, welcoming environment that’s designed around both the stylist and the guest experience.

Who I’m Looking For

• A licensed cosmetologist (North Carolina license required)
• Someone who enjoys working with curly/textured hair and creating natural looking color (I’m willing to train in this area if you’re interested but just lack experience)
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required. I have overflow from a fully booked schedule and plenty of opportunities for you to grow your book

Pay: $60.00 - $150.00 per hour
