• Stay current on beauty industry trends, color theory, and advanced techniques to deliver innovative services.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist
• Hands-on experience with hair coloring and styling.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment.
• Ability to perform and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with clients.
