Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair extensions using techniques like the straight razor for precise grooming.
• Provide specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use salon software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Assist clients with retail product recommendations based on their needs and preferences; upsell retail items like hair care products and accessories.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments while delivering excellent customer service.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, color theory, and retail sales strategies to foster professional growth.
