Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

We are seeking a talented, professional, and motivated Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, stays up to date with the latest trends and techniques, and has a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay current on industry trends and continue to grow through education and training.
• Recommend and sell retail products to clients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license in NC.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (3 year salon experience required).
• Strong knowledge of color theory and cutting techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.
• Reliable and punctual.
