Licensed Cosmetologist / Barber – Bilingual Preferred (Hair Replacement Specialist)

We're seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

No prior hair replacement experience? No problem. If you have a great work ethic, precision cutting skills, and a valid Georgia state license, we will provide full, paid technical training on hair system placement, bonding, maintenance, and blending.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private client consultations to evaluate hair loss needs and set expectations
• Perform non-surgical hair replacement system applications, styling, and routine perimeter maintenance
• Provide precision cutting, blending, and color matching to ensure systems look entirely natural
• Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service to clients navigating hair loss
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming station environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active Georgia Master Cosmetologist or Master Barber License (Required)
• Excellent precision haircutting, blending, and clipper skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Empathetic, patient, professional, and discreet — hair loss is a deeply personal journey for our clients
• Prior experience with hair systems, wigs, toupees, or extensions is a plus, but not required
