Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide quality hair services while creating a great guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Help support a positive salon environment and team atmosphere
• Continue learning new trends, techniques, and products
• Recommend retail products when appropriate
• Assist with daily salon duties and teamwork needs
• Create social media content and help promote the salon when needed
• Build relationships with guests through kindness and professionalism
• Respect salon policies, coworkers, and shared spaces
