Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines using knowledge of color theory and skin health principles.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.
• Provide professional makeup application services for special occasions or photo shoots, enhancing clients’ natural features.
• Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and treatment options to promote ongoing skin health.
• Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and packages that align with client goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Stay current with industry trends, new esthetic techniques such as tattooing or laser treatments, and maintain licensure requirements through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
