We're looking for an Esthetician who loves this industry as much as we do.

At Massage Bliss & Beauty, we believe skincare and beauty services are about more than treatments. They're about helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.

We're looking for a Licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist who is passionate about their craft, enjoys building relationships with clients, and wants to grow with a spa that values both outstanding client care and the people who provide it.

Whether you're an experienced esthetician looking for a fresh start or a talented provider searching for a long-term spa home, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
• Provide waxing and other esthetic services
• Perform lash extension services and fills (for lash artists)
• Educate clients on skincare, treatments, and home care
• Recommend products that help clients achieve their skincare goals
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation to checkout

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of the growth of the business and understands the value of connecting with clients both in person and online.

Responsibilities include

• Creating social media content featuring treatments, products, promotions, and behind-the-scenes spa life
• Contributing ideas for marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Helping build awareness of your services and grow your clientele

No influencer experience required—just a willingness to participate and showcase your work.

Guest Experience & Front Desk Support

As part of our boutique spa team, you'll also spend part of your week supporting front desk operations, including:

• Greeting clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and client inquiries
• Assisting with retail sales
• Helping create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan Esthetician License
• Lash certification and experience preferred for lash applicants
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best
• Comfortable participating in social media and marketing efforts
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing your skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive spa environment
