Bloom Cabana Wax Co. is a luxury waxing studio dedicated to helping every client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and creating a supportive team culture where estheticians can grow.

We're looking for a positive, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our waxing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional face and body waxing services such as Brazilian waxing and eyebrow waxing
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest
• Educate clients on aftercare and home care products
• Recommend retail products based on client needs
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily studio tasks
• Rebook clients to encourage consistent maintenance appointments
• Work as a team to create an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Esthetician License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Waxing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
