Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, to improve skin health and appearance
• Provide body waxing or sugaring eyelash lift and tint and makeup application services with precision and care
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance for optimal results
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Manage records accurately
• Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Stay informed about the latest esthetic techniques, and industry trends to continually improve service quality

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with active certification to perform skincare treatments and body waxing
• Proven experience in providing professional esthetic services.1
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety standards in a clinical setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Familiarity Square system
• Ability to perform professional customized facials and other specialized beauty services as needed
• Record management related to esthetic treatments and client histories
