Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and dependable Barber/Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in hair cutting, fading, and beard services for clients of all ages. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional haircuts, fades, beard trims and styling services.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients of all ages, including children.
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Arrive on time and work scheduled business hours consistently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
• Follow all state board sanitation and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Promote a team-oriented and professional atmosphere.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Current Barber or Cosmetology License (required).
• Proven experience performing fades, haircuts, and styling services.
• Comfortable working with children and families.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full business hours.
• Honest, trustworthy, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
