Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, shampooing, blowouts, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with Georgia State Board regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for all clients.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through professionalism and quality service.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Cosmetology License (Required)
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and hair care services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
