You will utilize your creativity and expertise to deliver various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments, while also engaging in upselling products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client's needs.
• Perform makeup application and nail care services as required.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate.
• Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software for scheduling and inventory management.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' hair types and styling preferences.
• Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices within the salon environment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe salon environment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Certification in cosmetology or relevant field is required.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
• Skills in makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and upselling are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments.
